I am the proud recipient of a few honors and awards for my journalism.

• New Jersey Press Foundation Scholarship (2010): awarded to four students for excellence in New Jersey-based journalism
• Medill Student Showcase Honoree (2012) for The Gawker Effect
• Chicago Headline Club Foundation Scholarship (2012): awarded to two goal-oriented students pursuing journalism in the Chicago area.

Additionally, North by Northwestern’s website and magazine content won many awards under my leadership from June 2012 to March 2013.
